As you well know, I was trying to educate myself on the various products out there, which was no easy task! I found no one else that took the time or had the product knowledge that you did. You never once told me an untruth and your patience was greatly appreciated. We have nothing but the highest regard for the rest of the staff at 66 Russett as well. The installer did an excellent job and we had next to no cleanup when they were done. Not one product we looked at even came close to Andersen's quality or warranty.

The crew installing the windows showed up right on time, and began working right away on replacing the old windows in two bedrooms, and a huge bay window in our living room. Until now, I hadn't appreciated the amount of work that goes into replacing windows properly. They were respectful of my home by taking off their boots whenever they entered the house and minimizing any mess as they worked. Thanks again for your professionalism, and the excellence in workmanship.
